New Home Old Soul is a small creative studio based in Purcellville, Virginia with modern sensibilities and a sentimental heart. Established in 2020 by Erica Deputy Creative LLC, NHOS is focused on all things interiors. A Virginia Tech Alum & former Business Consultant, Erica enjoys mixing the new (think fresh paint, unique wallcoverings, and custom upholstery) with the old (think sentimental pieces, collected art, and antiques) to make a modern space feel like home. Other past projects by Erica Deputy Creative LLC include Conflicted Pixie Handmade Goods & Retail Shop (formerly located in Edenton, NC).
NHOS service offerings are currently on a sabbatical as Erica is pursuing a second degree - AAS Interior Design - but she is always interested to hear about opportunities to collaborate with other creatives and designers. Erica is a member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters (ages 14 & 11) and rescue pittie pup, Ladybug. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys studying boutique hotel design while lobby sitting with a fun beverage.
